Publié le 23 sept. 2024 sur HotelsOur stay was uneventful but ok. The room was huge & the jetted tub was good. The wood burning fireplace was an unusual but pleasant touch. The room, despite having updated flooring, is still rather dated. The walls & the ceiling are yellow & look old. They had a nice continental breakfast.

Old run down building in a crappy part of town. Homeless sitting near the entryway and seen in the building. My room smelled like a used ashtray, which was at the end of a dark hallway. The room next to mine was missing door handle. It felt undafe and dirty.

Hi Victoria, thank you so much for the feed back. I'm really sorry to hear about your experience at the lodge. We do thrive on excellent service. The individuals you are talking about sitting the near entrance our not homeless but they are PCT Hikers. The lodge is a very special place in the summer for the PCT hikers. Most of our rooms at the lodge has real wood burning Fireplace so the room does have that fireplace smell. We do our best to air out the rooms for our guest. again I'm really sorry for the not so good experience at the lodge. I hope you give us another chance to make things better.
