This newly renovated home has a full kitchen with all new appliances, two bedrooms, one full bath, and a spacious common area. Just a perfect place!
My sister and I returned to our hometown for our class reunions. This property is situated eight houses from where we grew up. It was so nostalgic to be in our old neighborhood and it is within walking distance of about EVERYTHING!!, The property is perfectly furnished and uncluttered and spectacularly cleaned! And a piano, to boot!!!! We ran into a slight snafu with receiving the check-in code on time, but Jennifer quickly resolved it. I wouldn’t have mentioned it, but it asked in the review questions. It was only a slight hiccup. It certainly didn’t affect the quality of our stay. We will return here. I’m sure, many times!

Cute, completely updated house that was very comfortable, roomy, and overall delightful. It came fully equipped with everything we needed in kitchen gear as well as plenty of towels and a hairdryer in the bathroom. Definitely will stay there again.

Lovely property
The house is in a nice neighborhood near a park with a walking/biking path. It was very clean, was well decorated, and had comfortable mattresses. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again if we are back in this area.

Perfect spot for Ashland University visitors!
This is the perfect for anyone visiting Ashland Univeristy. A quick couple block walk, this cute, little home is immaculate with everything you need for that perfect visit for that Ashland Eagle home game/meet, theater production, graduation, or just to check in on your favorite AU student! This home is cozy and well-appointed with very responsive owners who make every visit just right. We’ll stay here every time!

We have utilitzed time shares and rentals throughout the country and this home was right up there in regards to cleanliness, value and location. New appliances, quiet location and the beds were great. We will definitely be back!
