Great little house

I am so sorry about this miscommunication and understand your disappointment. We had several correspondence prior to checking in day and assumed you had all the information needed. I had called VRBO and was told they had provided you with the keyless entry code, you had indeed checked in. A welcome guide is usually sent but later found it was not. Then a few days later discovered you had not checked in and requested a refund, which I sent the refund. Always call VRBO if a host can not be reached as they are available 24/7. We pay fees for them to broker the property and they have access to all information of property and always can assist. We have been hosting over 5 years and never encountered this issue till now. Gorgeous home and amazing hospitality

Publié le 1 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis property was great for a long weekend stay. Plenty of room for everyone. Bedrooms were on the larger side and the decor was perfect. The kitchen had enough room to entertain and the backyard had a large deck with a fire pit. We had a great time and would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Ashland area.

Super comfy and super clean!
Publié le 27 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayLa Chic is a super warm and comfy home with everything you need and more. It is decorated so cute. There were even fall decorations for Thanksgiving. The owners are super nice. We can very highly recommend this wonderful little treasure. It made our stay in Ashland so enjoyable!

Great house, very cozy!
