Calgm comfortable good value close to everything

Pour : Yes all friends are welcome here,its a great place !
Contre : Clean ,comfortable, safe wi - fi,parking fine restaurants( assorted) and market nearby.
Emplacement : South of Ashland,Shakespere and downtown a 5 minute drive away ,close to many top notch restaurants, late night bars across the street is the college.
This hotel/motel is very nice ,a good value for the money, close to everything you would want or need in Ashland ,next to it is a food market and numerous restaurants , (all of this is within I minute walk ) on the other side is a top rated (one of Ashlands best ) Pizza place,this place is a true gem ,when you can find a vacancy there is a here, excellent staff ,its safe quiet ,well equiped and comfortable rooms and it has a nice pool if you want it . Now dogs are allowed but costs are extra as for smokers Im not sure ,parking is limited & tight, but well done and always supervised from the office which is close by .

Comfortable & secure, close to everything needed

Pour : Location ,convienence & price ,the best you will find !
Contre : The quietness in bedrooms & best price ,all services are available & easy to use
Emplacement : Its an short walk to two shopping centers with plenty of stores and a cinema good restaurants coffee , to go downtown a car or taxi makes it easy !
A great experience with everything and everybody there , I advise this place highly as its suberb compared to the rest at this price ...the location ,bedrooms, all amenities ,breakfast ,a pool , quietness ...everythings and everybodys in perfect pleasing condition for a nice stay ! A short walk (very close) to the market and good restaurants. (coffee) Great location ,everything provided !

RUDE staff. A hail of harassing phone calls began to rain down into my phone about six PM on the night of my stay. A sharp-toned woman demanded to know when I would be arriving.... After politely telling her that I did not have my evening planned out, she then demanded an email address and credit card number over the phone, something I could not readily provide while driving and using the hands-free communication function of my car...As I politely explained that I wasn't used to having to make appointments to be able to check into a hotel, she snapped and began to shout over the phone. I then informed her that I wished to cancel my stay and requested a refund. Of course, she slammed down the phone and refused to refund my money when Expedia called. She is, sadly, a person who enjoys the fruits of her disrespect, pushiness, and self-centered rudeness. The approach of this business is to demand that guests serve the convenience of the employees. If this is combined with rudeness, well you have what I experienced at the Timbers INN and suites.

While we appreciate all guest reviews, it is important to address the inaccuracies in your account.Firstly, Lindsey made a single phone call to you around 6 PM to inquire about your estimated arrival time, as our lobby closes at 9 PM (although management is onsite 24/7 for after hour assistant if and when needed). This is standard practice to ensure a smooth check-in process. For late arrivals, we offer a secure lockbox outside the lobby, along with detailed email instructions. There was no "hail of harassing phone calls"; it was one professional call, and we stand by her conduct during this interaction.It is concerning to hear that you described Lindsey as rude. In fact, she maintained a professional demeanor throughout the call. However, you were reported to have told her to "shut her mouth" and insisted that she was being paid to assist you at any time and she should be available at which ever time you decide to show up. Such behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the respectful interactions we strive to maintain with all our guests.As a small business, we operate with limited resources and cannot afford to keep our front desk open 24/7. The rates you paid—81 plus tax—are reflective of our commitment to keeping costs low. If you prefer a property with round-the-clock staffing at the front desk, we suggest considering other hotels that offer this service, albeit at a higher price point.It is also worth noting that when Expedia contacted us regarding your request for a refund, Lindsey explained your rude behavior during the call, and the representative mentioned they had a similar experience with you. This feedback is concerning. Additionally, another guest in the lobby during your call overheard the conversation and felt compelled to console Lindsey afterward. We have video footage of this incident that supports our account.Your alleged experience appears to be an outlier, as the majority of our reviews across all platforms are overwhelmingly positive. Many guests commend Lindsey by name for her outstanding service. The few negative reviews we receive often stem from guests who have violated our policies or incurred charges due to damages or late cancellations.We do not leave the property unattended. Management is always on-site, although there may be brief moments when staff members are attending to maintenance, housekeeping or other guests. During such times, there is always a sign at the front desk with a bell and a contact number for guests to reach us.It is deeply troubling to see that you would choose to express such disrespect towards our employee, who was simply doing her job. This behavior is concerning and has led us to place you on our "do not book" list. A well renovated property, although my door was drafty due to lack of weather stripping. Rowdy guests in the parking lot when I checked in on a Saturday night caused some concern about ability to sleep, but the property was quiet and peaceful thereafter. Would stay again.
