Our son‘s wedding
Publié le 26 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was large enough for 10 people to be in comfortably. It was laid out very nicely and has a Great back patio. The location is back off the road so it is very quiet. Everything in the house was perfectly clean and made us fuel very much at home. The owner was very responsive to any questions. We would highly recommend this for anyone staying in the Ashley area.

Very nice stay
Publié le 20 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe rented Andrew's place for our daughter's wedding at the Beverly Mansion and our stay was very nice. The house is large and was able to accommodate the wedding party for the rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding. No one felt crowded and the dinner turned out great - the driveway is difficult to see at night so we put up a banner at the end it and everyone made it first try. When we checked out and started our trip home, my wife realized that she left her phone in the house but by the time we got back to the house, the lock code had changed. I messaged Andrew and he was very quick to unlock the door and allow my wife back in to get her phone - exceptional service.

Amazing view

Family Wedding
Publié le 17 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayI would definitely stay here again! Two families (with dogs) had to attend a barn wedding in near by Delaware. This place had everything and more that we needed. Check in and check out was the easiest I have experienced. The kitchen was stocked with condiments, paper products and all the little things so I didn’t have to unpack mine.

Roomy and nice country location
Publié le 23 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWe stayed three nights and would definitely stay again. This home is very clean and spacious and very quiet in the country. We were working in the Marengo area. The only drawback would be restaurants. There is nowhere to eat breakfast on the route to where we were working, and we had to travel to Delaware for a selection of restaurants in the evening. Not a deal-breaker, though -- just plan ahead. We attempted to eat at some of the Ashley restaurants, but they were either closed or had staffing issues.
