Tournament fishing getaway
Publié le 24 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is our favorite July getaway. We have stayed here the past two summers & absolutely love it! The place is awesome & has everything we need! Michelle is a wonderful host! Love watching the boats at the boat landing! We enjoyed eating at Pruett’s & Top of the River & of course, Local Joe’s! Fishing was great! 😊

Tranquil getaway.

Publié le 22 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was a short drive to speedway, nice to be out in the country, the lake and setting was beautiful! We didn’t have time to enjoy the lake, it wound up being a little chilly. Would definitely recommend!

Yearly Fishing Trip

Thanksgiving Gathering
Publié le 28 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe rented this great guest house to gather for Thanksgiving Day. The weather was incredible so there was fishing off the private dock, playing in the leaves, and the inside room sat 14 adults (6 at the table, 2 at the bar, and 6 at a fold out table that I brought). One couple spent the night but the rest enjoyed a full day of good food, fun, and family. We hope to do this again in warm weather months to enjoy some water activity.
*** Bonus points for seeing a Blue Heron on the dock and a beaver swimming back to his house ***

Great Little Lake House

Great Place On the Water
Publié le 31 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe stayed a week for a bass tournament and enjoyed our stay. We had a beautiful view from the porch, we were right beside the boat ramp, and even had a gas grill there to cook on every evening. It was clean and very easy to get turned around and park the boat. My only complaint would be that the beds weren’t the most comfortable but they got the job done at least. I would definitely consider staying again in the future.
