Spacious but uncomfortable
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was spacious and in a great location, but we ran into many issues while staying there. The icemaker in the freezer of the refrigerator didn't work and random things were broken throughout the house. There were no ice trays in the freezer, so when we reached out to Vacasa about no ice they told us to go buy a bag of ice, however they did refund a tiny portion of our stay because of it. Floors in the kitchen were sticky so we had to wear shoes, and the cleanliness in general wasn't great. Very old furniture and decor, so everything was dusty. A couple of people got accidentally locked out on the patio twice during the stay, and one of the times they had to crawl down from the balcony to free themselves because there are no stairs. The twin beds downstairs were uncomfortable and the sheets were "terrible" from what I was told. When we went to start a load of laundry when leaving, the detergent was extremely watered down which is concerning for sanitary reasons. The Vacasa team was easy to work with and quick to help, but the house itself was not very comfortable to stay in.

Great home for friends. A little tired but did the job

It was difficult getting to the mountain due to the location of the bus
The place was generally clean outside of peeling paint on and a few dirty dishes
I would stay there again with friends

Publié le 2 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe layout for the property is great but it could use some updating. The beds in the lower level had hair in the bedding. There was a stain on the comforter. The carpet in the den was not cleaned properly. The dishes were not either. There is one functioning TV on the main floor. Hot tub was not useable. I was very disappointed especially for the price will not go back or recommend it.

Dated house, great spot
