David was a wonderful host. He provided excellent service and gave us lots of useful information regarding travel in Assisi. The room was cozy and the breakfast was delicious. The checkout process was smooth and we appreciated that David worked with our itinerary.

The place is perfect! Everything is impeccably clean. Only 30 minutes walk from my room to the Basilica of St. Francis on the hilltop. And I even walked very slowly. I highly recommend this place. Great location!

This was a wonderful property in Assisi. It is a great location for walking around and seeing the sights. I loved thay they had some childrens toys outside to play with for my daughter! The hosts were kind and helpful.

At night you could see the beauty of Assisi from the backyard of the apartment. Quiet and out of the way this place is a treasure find. Hopefully, the kitchen will be stocked a little more with things like olive oil, and that the breakfast would be part of the stay. Comfortable beds. They speak Italian, but we google translated well, and there was an english speaker on property.. We would go back!!!

We love our stay here and we definitely recommend the place. Clean, quiet and out of all movement in the center. We walked from here to the center of Assisi, very easy, safe and pleasant walk. Max 10 min. We had breakfast during our staying, and we love it! The persons that attended us were very special, we feel welcomed, and we plan to come back.

THIS WAS ONE B OF THE BEST B STAYS IN IT AS LY. OWNERS WERE FABULOUS, VERY HELPFUL, BREAKFAST WAS SUPER, CLEANLINESS IMPECCABLE AND LOCATION. IT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER. BUS STOP TO ASSISI WAS A 5 MIN WALK.

Wonderful Asissi Stay
The 5 room "hotel" is next door to the owner's family home on acreage which has been in his family for years. The apartment with kitchenette and dining room table was spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning was powerful. Out the bedroom and living room windows is a fabulous view of the hillside city of Asissi. There is a bus that takes you up to the city for 2e and there is a fabulous light lite path down to your farm. You will not find a better value in all of Italy.
