Une terrasse très grande avec des vues magnifiques sur les toits d'Assise, l'église San Rufino et le fort. Des très bons restaurants à deux pas et un accès facile. Attention à venir avec une petite voiture si on veut utiliser le garage.

Spectacular Rental
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe absolutely loved our stay at Laura's Assisi apartment. The apartment was roomy and included all the things we would need from home. Laura was very responsive to any questions we had. We appreciated the parking she provided. The locations was excellent. We easily walked everywhere. We also found this to be a perfect location as our home base for a number of day trips to nearby places such as Orvieto, Loreto, Sienna and Perugia. We were sad to leave after the week. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable Apartment in Assisi With A Great Deck
Publié le 8 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe spent 6 nights at Laura's apartment. On arrival, we were met by Laura's associate Paola, who gave us the keys and a quick tour. As others have noted, the apartment is quite spacious and comfortable.I can't speak to the kitchen facilities as we did not cook. We did take advantage of the microwave.
The weather was mostly sunny and warm while we were there so we were able to take advantage of the large deck. Also, the large windows allowed for lots of natural light in the living spaces.
The location is very convenient. A short walk to Piazza Matteotti and the bus and a short downhill walk to the center.
We had one occasion to contact Laura. The wifi wasn't working when we arrived. I used Google Translate to explain the problem and Laura came and got it up and running.
The only minor issue for us was the water pressure in the shower was on the low side but that would not keep us from coming back.
Overall, we had a great stay here.

Very convenient apartment

Perfect stay
