The carpets were sticky and dirty. my shoes or socks would stick to the carpet. The wood furniture was so trashed and broken. The furniture was so filthy I did not want to sit on it but had to as the there was no tv in the bedroom as advertised because apparently someone broke it, and they did not replace it, so the living room was the only place to watch tv. The front desk was friendly when I checked in, but she was rude when I questioned the lack of tv. I only picked this hotel for the suite as one of the guests needed to sleep during the day for work but will never stay here again as it was so gross. I would think I would have been offered a discount with not having a tv in the room as advertised.

Convenient location for thr Rod run. Carpet was disgusting, so dirty we had to wash our feet before putting socks and shoes on. parking was very narrow and limited in front of the hotel. No maid service for a 2 night stay. With all of these things price is outrageous

Outside had cigarette butts and trash around.
For the cost could have a little continental breakfast in room.

I'll start with the positive, the king size bed was very comfortable & the room was clean enough. I did not realize Marine Drive had so much traffic & was really noisy, but they can't control that. The woman at check in was very nice. I made this reservation for one night a long time in advance and requested a ground floor room, one was not available when I checked in which irritated me. Upon entering the room it was very musty & mold smelling, I opened the window to try & air out but the road noise was to much so I just dealt with it. The room was clean enough so I'm assuming the smell was coming from the carpet but I just don't know.
Bottom line is I wouldn't stay there again.
