Employés gentils et souriants, mais la chambre/salle de bain étaient douteux, tout comme la nourriture offerte au déjeuner.

Clean and friendly
Publié le 9 avr. 2022 sur HotelsI was not expecting that quality from this kind of hotel. Only stayed here because I did not want to spend 500 euros per night at the Sofitel.
Much nicer than many 5-star hotels in Egypt.
- don't expect anything fancy, it's very basic but it is clean at least (a rarity here)
- the staff is super friendly and speaks English (also a rarity)
- you don't get to choose your breakfast as you get a tray (covid) but it's more than enough to eat and quality is also OK
- very secure area (solo female traveler here), a bit noisy but fully OK to sleep at night
- covid measures are still to be implemented...
- the wifi can be a bit sketchy
- hot water, no electrical problem
- no restaurant in the hotel and there isn't any good restaurant in the direct neighbourhood, but you can easily walk to other areas of the city

Hôtel bien situé près du bazar d’Assouan, toutefois je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel :
- le wifi ne fonctionnait qu’a la réception
- nous avons eu un problème de fuite d’eau dans notre chambre, au bout de la troisième fois où nous avons fait revenir la maintenance nous avons dû changer de chambre
- mais surtout cet hôtel est terriblement bruyant, impossible de fermer les yeux tant le bruit est présent constamment, en même temps les fenêtres ne sont pas scellées …
hôtel sympathique dans l’ensemble mais si vous cherchez un environnement au calme passez votre chemin

Chambre horrible, tous les équipement sont vieux, chauffage très bruyant, emplacement bon mais très bruyant aussi.

Ok si wifi est réparé
Publié le 8 mars 2020 sur HotelsTrès propre, nous avons été très satisfait, le seul problème c’est que le wifi ne fonctionnait pas très bien, très difficile d’avoir la connexion, Maha et Abdo était très bon pour nous guidé
Je recommande cette hôtel en espérant que le wifi va fonctionner
