We loved the people first! The owner, Ehad, was not there but he took some times from abroad to answer to all of my questions and make the arrangement for the room. Hamada and Ali took a good care of us during our whole stay (preparing some tea with fresh mint from the garden, our breakfast or just chatting with us). The room with balcony was very clean, decorated nicely, with a sofa. The breakfast was very good! And of course, the location on Elephantine island (central and close to the public ferry), the nice and refreshing garden, the lovely dogs... I would definitely come back if I have the opportunity one day!
All the facilities were very clean (kitchen, garden, the rooms...). Good WiFi as well!

Amazing staff hospitality!

We traveled from Luxor to Aswan.
Although our tour/shuttle service request was not so simple, they listened to me and arranged it with reasonable price than the others.
Whenever I had questions / concerns, I asked them, and they always care about us.
They are one of the best staff I have ever met!
On top of that, the room is big and comfortable!

The property and the local staff were nice and the staff was very helpful.
The owner canceled our reservation. So, no one to pick us up at the airport as promised. When we arrived he tried to put us in a dusty run down room with 2 beds for 3 people. Worst was he tried to pass it off as "private flats" outside. These were dirty and rundown and not anywhere near what we reserved.
Very disappointing when owner makes an error and then tries to make us think we are getting something better. A terrible start to our visit.
