Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. We booked a Family Suite with a mini kitchen, but it was completely unequipped—no pots, pans, or utensils.
Additionally we opted for a half-board plan as the hotel did not offer a full-board option. The half-board food was poor, with limited options and mainly local cuisine, unlike the international buffets offered at other hotels.
The hotel also lacked basic amenities like WiFi, a hairdryer, and an iron. Being in a remote location, there were no nearby alternatives for dining or services, leaving us reliant on the hotel. On top of that, the safety standards are concerning—my child’s leg fell into an open hole around the swimming pool, causing cuts on his foot. While the swimming pool employees are nice, the safety, food, equipment, and many other aspects desperately need attention.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

This was probably a beautiful property when it was built, but there is no maintenance. Room furniture is cheap particle board, some of it broken and falling apart. Bathrooms have rusty trash cans, water leaks, and broken toilet roll holders, toothpaste spray on the wall. Yuck. I asked for help getting a taxi to a store down the street and the hotel employee made up an insanely high rate that I bargained down to half, then found out he kept half of that for himself.

تغيير براد القهوة والمكرويف والبانيو للحمام
وزيادة أوقات الأكل أو ترك المطعم مفتوح الى ساعات متأخرة من الليل حتى الأطفال ما يجوعوا وفتحة قبل الساعة السابعة صباحا
