La reception est tres borner et ne fais pas l effort de comprendre et satisfaire vos demande... J ai payer la chambre et suis allez dormir dans un autre hotel pour pouvoir passer la soiree avec des amies

We stayed as a family vacation in the hotel for second time and it was wonderful Staff are very helpful and food is so delicious with so many options Views are to die for with mountain in one side and Red Sea like a magic carpet on the other side Very close to Cairo House keeping team is excellent and made our stay a memorable one We had so much beautiful memories and will definitely come back very soon

The property is a bit dated,it should not be advertised as 5 star hotel. The food is good but not wow. Staff are friendly and helpful within the available facilities
