La reception est tres borner et ne fais pas l effort de comprendre et satisfaire vos demande... J ai payer la chambre et suis allez dormir dans un autre hotel pour pouvoir passer la soiree avec des amies

Friendly staff, nice pool and good beach. Outdated building and rooms. Need to recharge the room key twice a day, and takes several attempts to open the room. Can use some evening activities or game room for kids.

Excellent hotel, amazing views, and great service.
Restaurant staff are so friendly and accommodating. Excellent variety of food each day. Big thanks to Chef Hany, Chef Islam at the Sushi Station and Chef Mohammed at the Pasta Station, yum!
Rooms were always well kept thanks to Mohamed Saleh.
Rania at the Spa was great (Egyptian massage and Moroccan Hammam).
Will definitely visit again.
Great family vacation spot!
