Très bon week-end

Nous avons passé un très agréable weekend. L'hôtel est très confortable, le service très bon et les équipements sont très bien. Nous avons aussi très bien mangé. Le protocole sanitaire anti Covid19 a été appliqué à la lettre.

Le personnel très serviable, la nourriture variée, Seul bémol la wifi de très mauvaise qualité ne devrait pas être payante.

Dommage que personne ne prenne les bagages des le check in et nous emmene a notre chambre. Je trouve le prix eleve pour la qualite du service. Par ailleurs le check out a 12h est trop tot pour un tel prix.

Reception not helpful, they forgot get back my ID after check in and checkout, bar guy asking for money I don’t why we put all checks on room, asking also for late check out for urgent meeting they refuse that..
