Chambre pas prête a notre arrivée à 6:30pm. Retour à 9:30pm chambre toujours pas prête et on nous donne une clé pour une chambre où les poubelles débordent et les lits ne sont pas faits. Chambre sale. Ensuite on nous donne une clé pour une chambre avec un seul lit pour 4 personnes. Pire endroit. Devrait être fermé

The staff was courteous and quick for check in and check out. Room was clean but the room needs mostly cosmetic repair.

WASTE OF MONEY

It was a horrible experience! Booked a 2 bed room online, but they didn't have it when I arrived. They stuck us in a room with only 1 bed(FULL SIZE bed for 3 people). It was the most lumpy, uncomfortable mattress I've ever encountered! One of us had to sleep on the hardwood floor. The sink was clogged, the disabled shower flooded all over the bathroom floor, the place was dirty with paint and nail polish splatters all over the desk. A/C wasn't available.

Alright for the price, but......

The location was decent and the room was ok especially for the price. Some of my towels still had others people's hair on them and there was hair on the floor of the room and bathroom from the previously tenet. The bed also contained hair and debris and had some mysterious stains on it. They smelled clean, but just looked kind of unsightly. However, I'm a guy so i didn’t care too much. If my girl was with me she would probably asked for another room.

I have never stayed in a more unclean and damaged hotel before. Soft water damaged walls above the shower, holes in base board, chipped flooring, spiders, half the lighting didn’t work, phone didn’t work, the tv was burning out with back lighting spots and there was bright pink paint from previous tenants on the bathroom door.
