For the Holidays
House was great! Layout was perfect and clean as a whistle. Thanks for the wine….we just didn’t have a corkscrew. Our stay was perfect other than the pool was never warm enough to swim during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

we had a great Thanksgiving holiday and weekend in Athens. The house was perfect for our group. location was good, easy to get downtown and to the game. also close to a number of stores. Too bad it was too cold to use the pool :)! We would definitely come back

As hosts go, you can't do better than Brandon & Kristi. The property is always well stocked with things you might need. The property is cared for. There is a new cooling system for the living room and a newly redone deck. A home away from home. Overall, it is a fantastic stay in a great part of town with great hosts.

Perfect location to experience Athens
We enjoyed an extended stay with our two beagles at this lovely home. It is located in a quiet, established, central neighborhood, which was perfect for experiencing everything Athens has to offer. We especially loved the neighborhood deer that wandered through the yard every day. The home is well-equipped for a comfortable stay, and the host was very responsive whenever we had any questions. We look forward to staying here again!

Enjoyed!
We were in town for our daughters graduation. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood but only two blocks from a busy shopping center/restaurants. And we saw deer every day which was like a gift. The house has a pool and brand new deck. The house is big. Accommodating. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. Check in and check out easy.

We loved our stay at this home! Beautifully updated kitchen with plenty of space. 4 good size bedrooms and 3 baths, plenty of room for our family. Pool was a bonus! Our college age daughter loved swimming with her friends. Host was a great communicator. Location is convenient. Thank you!

Great place!
We were in town for a weekend wedding. Our events were downtown so the house was in a great location for us. Quiet, nice neighborhoods. Pictures are very accurate. Looks to be newly renovated. Pool was great. Brandon was very responsive and super nice. Place was well stocked including plenty of linens, paper goods, coffee, welcome snacks. Very clean. Great location to downtown, five points and campus. Would stay again.

Perfection
This house was absolutely perfect for our needs! A long weekend with our best friends. The layout of the house was nice and open so we didn’t feel cramped when we were hanging out in the kitchen and living room. We grilled out, we hung in the pool, we listened to music on the back patio. We saw deer out front many times! Just an amazing weekend all the way around. Thanks Brandon!

Great house in a great city!
Our rental house in Athens was great! I grew up in Athens but have been away for many years. The house was a perfect size for my family as well as my parents who enjoyed the spacious master bedroom. The house was very well stocked and Brandon was very responsive and proactive. The kids loved the pool! The house is very centrally located and was just what we were looking for. We will definitely book this house again if we make it back to Athens.

Athens Staycation
Brandon and Kristi were great hosts! Brandon was really quick in responding to my questions. We were really impressed with the included snacks and wine. The bathrooms were really nice. The Nest thermostat took a minute to figure out. But a YouTube tutorial helped with that. The pool was great. We ate dinner every night on the deck. It was bliss. The gas grill was nice and clean. The open floor plan of the main area and the kitchen were sooo nice! My 3 year old son loved running his cars around the nice open and spacious living room. The main TV was smart. Super simple to log in to YouTube TV and get going. There were only minor cosmetic things around that are too trivial to mention. Overall, we were looking for a staycation with a nice pool and this fit the bill nicely. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Lots of deer in the neighborhood actually. However, it is also very close to everything you would need. Everything was terrific. We would definitely stay there again.

Best VRBO yet
We needed a place to stay for my son's UGA graduation. We have rented many VRBO houses in the past and we consider this to be the best one yet. The house was conveniently located close to campus and restaurants and stores. The house was clean and well supplied. We felt this certainly earned 5 stars.
