I contacted the hotel that I will be arriving around noon and wanted to drop off luggages. Room was available upon our arrival and already emailed us the access code prior to arrival. Front desk was very friendly and she helped us with our luggages.

The property can best serve lightly-luggaged travellers. The elevator was small & tight. The vertical travel is not designed for persons with disabilities i.e. missing ramps, handrails, grab bars in wash rooms, etc. Otherwise the facilities were nice & clean; and the staff were most helpful.

I like everything. The room that I stayed in is spacious and modern The receptionists are wonderful as well as the porters. I just have just one issue. The toilet paper was not enough for 4 people during the duration of our stay. Additionally one of the windows or doors in the living room is not securely installed. When I tried to open it it seems like it’s going to fall on me. Please check that.

The rooftop has a great view of Athens. You could see the Acropolis from the rooftop and the room was great. Terace was lovely. The staff were great.no complaints.

We had a great stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. A few minute walk to the nearest metro stop. Pictures are true to the apartment. The kitchen was decently equipped although we didn't use it. Check in was well explained and easy.

Everything was great and we received excellent service from Elani receptionist. Property size was great with nice size balcony. Utensils where we cooked on could be upgraded to non sticky pots and pans. Regular trash disposal as with kids dustbins filled up quickly. Where the cleaning was every 2 days. Overall very satisfied. Best thing was we were very close to the Metro station which was convenient to get around.
