Emplacement : Il est loin de la circulation du centre-ville et c'est facile de se rendre en auto aux activités de l'université.
Toujours plaisant de retourner à cet hôtel. J'ai hâte que l'agrandissement soit fini. le personnel est très attentionné.Tout est pensé pour rendre notre séjour agréable malgré la construction. Les crêpes du déjeuner sont un petit spécial très apprécié.

Nice place. There weee a few things that could use some attention. The door was difficult to open and you had to slam it shut and the AC was loud when it turned on and off. The breakfast was OK.

Beskidt og nedslidt hotel

Check-in was smooth. I appreciated the host changing my room assignment to a room within the tower from one of the rooms on the lower level outside.

This was single handedly the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. The floors in the entire room were dirty and looked like it had never been cleaned despite the overwhelming bleach smell. The bedding was covered in various stains throughout all the layers of covers and sheets and the shower/tub was disgusting and covered in stains and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Overall, a very disgusting room and I will never stay at a Best Western again. I would have checked out but basically no hotels in the area had availability due to a Conference in town and football game. It was so gross when I got home i panicked cleaning everything that I brought into that room as it would not have surprised me is there were bed bugs. Management and staff overall should be very ashamed of themselves for giving rooms to people in that state.
