Sadly, no machine for beverages worked, on top of that, AT the reception fridge for them neither,coke warm, needed to go get the Ice , not fun, and We needed corkscrew for our wine, réception had none! Juste the small things! :-( the pool was warm, very tiny spa also but not hot enough and they opened Doors to let humidity out, brrrrr....please get a good ventilation for this hôtel, IT will help! Overall, Nice stay for 2nights!!

Clean and quiet.
Publié le 22 août 2024 sur HotelsHotel is older with some upgrades but rooms, bathroom, and breakfast area were clean and we had enough towels. Indoor pool was okay. Parking is a bit tight. Coffee, tea and cookies were stocked no matter the hour. Breakfast had an attendant who kept area clean and food stocked. Fridge was a good size and kept food cold. Microwave worked. We were traveling through and needed a room for a night. I would stay there again.

When mentioning it to someone at the front desk, she didn't even seem surprised. Trying to make us feel better about it, by saying they were "just palmetto bugs." The breakfast buffet was very disappointing, with only a few options of food to choose from.

Although I reserved two queen sized beds, which was a disappointment, the facility was a pretty decent property.

Nice hotel and staff was great but just an OK location. Breakfast was solid as well.

This hotel is awful, run down, dated and not the best area. The staff was courteous. Our air conditioner was so loud we had to turn it off in 95 degree heat, but heard the unit in the next room which was just as loud. On the upside, the woman at the front desk was very nice about it and the manager refunded the room. Very unfortunate, we left and stayed at the Hotel Indigo instead.
