Sadly, no machine for beverages worked, on top of that, AT the reception fridge for them neither,coke warm, needed to go get the Ice , not fun, and We needed corkscrew for our wine, réception had none! Juste the small things! :-( the pool was warm, very tiny spa also but not hot enough and they opened Doors to let humidity out, brrrrr....please get a good ventilation for this hôtel, IT will help! Overall, Nice stay for 2nights!!

Memorable but not in a good way.
Publié le 26 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe exterior looked like the familiar property. The interior was beat up with holes in the walls, crawling carpet, and a not so clean room.
The toilet had to be wiped down as someone piddled on the seat.
The bathroom fixtures were worn. Lampshades had stains.
Road traffic loudly roared all night long.
Breakfast was okay but the preparer standing and staring at the few people in the area was over the top.
The only decent thing to report was the new bathroom mirror that was lit from behind.
This was a memorable Comfort Inn & Suites of several we have visited over the years. It is one we will not stay at again!

Property is older, but in good shape. It was convenient to our event.

This hotel needs a remodel desperately. Everything in the room was super worn and dated. There isn't enough parking, my husband had to park outside the hotel parking lot the 2nd night because there were no spaces left (this wasn't a gameday weekend).

Don’t do it. This hotel is not maintained at all. Refrigerator in the room leaks and soaks the carpet. Staff is aware and said this happens regularly. Our door lock quit working one day into our stay. Whenever we left, we had to get staff to go up with us to open the door. They said they would work on it after we checked out. Lights in the room were broken and not functioning. Large housing projects behind the property. Noisy at all hours. Carpet looks like it’s never been replaced. For an average of $250 a night, this place is not acceptable. Spend your money somewhere else.
