HORRIBLE communication but very nice place

I never received proper information which resulted in my taxi taking me to the wrong place. I ended up spending €50 to get here from the airport and the host was much less than helpful.

Dear customer, as you mentioned, the house was excellent and this justifies its high rating, but you rated it with 2 because you did not have good information from the owner. However, a fully informative message was sent to you through the platform, which you did not read, and the same message was sent to your mobile phone, which, however, you had declared wrong and therefore did not receive it. In our seven years of operation, over a thousand customers were updated in the same way without any problems. Maybe you should reconsider what you did wrong

This is a very nice property. My family stayed there one night before our flight home because it’s close to the airport. Very quiet neighborhood. Our only issue was that the shower had very little hot water. I contacted Dina and she said it was solar powered and she turned on the electric heater which fixed the problem.

Needed a place to stay for airport layover. It was perfect. 10 minutes from airport. We got in without an issue. Grabbed a late dinner with a 5 minute walk to city center/park with several restaurants and walked again to bakery for breakfast. It was a great experience

Stay away.
Publié le 25 sept. 2022 sur HotelsIt's a beautiful clean house but the owner came in with his key while we were sleeping and my son woke up to a stranger standing over him. He double booked the house and we were woken by strangers at the door in the middle of the night. He said he was coming in to see who was there even though we talked to him as we checked in. I fear it may have been the neighbours reporting that people of colour were in the house. None of us slept and were scared of who would show at our door next as the owner was talking about calling the cops. I am still waiting for a response for a refund but the owner stopped communicating at that point.

The DINA'S HOUSE has been operating for 7 years, offering its services to more than 1200 customers, 99% of whom rated it with a 10. All these years it has been working with the same manager, and suddenly this successful manager comes in uninvited and scares his customers. Maybe did the specific customers do something to force him to behave like this? I wonder if their goal was to get their money back ?I leave it to you to decide.STAUROULA PAPACHRISTOU( The ownwer of DINA’S HOUSE )

The property is a single family house with a yard and parking space at around 20 minutes from the airport. It is amazingly taken care off, extremely clean, and fully equipped. It has two bedrooms, a dining room, a living room, and a huge kitchen. Amazing 5* place to stay.
