The restaurant is in front of many stripping club, we didn’t feel safe going outise after dark. The cleaning lady didn’t came the next day. We were far for the acropolis, don’t recommend.

Kindly be informed that our hotel is located on Syngrou avenue, Athens' most central road hub connecting the Athenian Riviera to the cultural center of Athens. An avenue with a variety of commercial stores and bars that is patrolled by local police enhancing safety and security. The hotel's location is very transparently communicated throughout all social media, clearly indicating that we are approximately 10 minutes’ drive from the city center for which we offer free shuttle bus service daily. Hôtel au top mais service pauvre ….

Je ne peux donner un 5 étoiles pour le moment. Un 4.7 étoiles.
1- en raison du service à l’arrivée de l’hôtel. Toutefois une rencontre avec la manager fut apprécié.
2- A notre dernière soirée à l’hôtel, nous sommes allez au restaurant de l’hôtel pour le souper avec nos amies (6) et avons été déçus du service et repas.
Nous sommes arrivés vers 19.00 heures, il n’y avait que quelques tables d’occuper. Les repas étaient tièdes et ma conjointe au milieu du repas a demandée la carte des vins pour choisir un autre verre. Après 15 minutes, nous avions finis nos repas que personnes n’avaient terminées en raison qu’ils n’étaient pas chaud et toujours personne n’était revenu prendre la commande de vin à ma conjointe.
Nous avons mentionnés ces faits à notre serveur lorsqu’il c’est présenté. Il nous a présenté ces excuses et aviser son maître d’hôtel qui est venu présenté ces excuses aussi et nous a offert le dessert, que nous avons quand même pris même si nous voulions quitter en raisons du service.
Nous voyageons régulièrement dans des hôtels 5 étoiles. Peut-être était-ce seulement deux événements isolés.
Toutefois nous allons suggérer cet hôtel à nos amis en mentionnant ces points à surveiller.

The elevator :(
Publié le 8 oct. 2024 sur HotelsStaff was pleasant, a la carte breakfast menu was short but well priced, room was nice except for feather pillows that deflated to nothing. It would have been a pleasant stay if not for the least functional elevator i have ever experienced. Floor selection had to be done when calling the elevator then you were directed to wait by one of 4 elevators. Different elevators would open but you couldn’t get on because you didn’t know where they were going. When the one you were finally directed to it would still stop at multiple floors. Going 2 floors took 10 minutes regularly throughout our stay. The hotel is not by a metro stop making it inconvenient for tourists.

Overall we recommend this place to stay. However, our only complaints is they failed to refilled the coffee/expresso daily and when we had asked for more body wash they failed to deliver it, however we did get some when we asked again from the room atrendant.
