Great experience at a reasonable price

I had spent already a few days at another hotel in Athens. The Quality Inn is well named. People at the front desk were amazingly friendly and nice. Very courteous. The hotel is quite, it is not on a passing road or street. I slept wonderfully well. Breakfast was great (lots of choice, plenty to eat). The hotel is well kept and clean. I highly recommend it. I will definitely return there. Thank you.

I like the Quality Inn for its friendly management and its easy access to campus and restaurants.

I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past and never had any major issues. However, for this stay I needed up in a handicapped unit. The first unit smelled slightly of smoke. I asked for another room, which was granted and next to the first. As soon as I opened the door, a strong odor of smoke hit me. I got a 3rd room and it was totally fine.

They where rude to us. Bad attencion to people not clean and found dirty blankets and dirty shower curtains

Sorry to say but this was probably the worst hotel I have ever checked into. We ended up checking back out and went home. The poor front desk staff did not seem to know how to process a refund and it was not worth the hassle of trying. We just wanted to get home. The odor in the room was awful. Stale smoke and who knows what else. Even my two teenagers complained, and they have a very low bar for cleanliness. Expedia should drop this listing, and they have no business charging this price. Also it was just not a family friendly environment. I won’t put the details in writing.

I usually really enjoy my stay here. This time however there were: Roaches, ants and bugs everywhere. I saw blood on the bedding and at breakfast they served expired yogurt. I have dated here several times but the cleanliness has drastically declined. I think it’s time for a renovation. I spoke to the front desk they were apologetic.

It was a nice hotel. Loved that they had a hot tub.
