I went to get checkin the guy at desk try to act like my card was declined i knew that was a lie i think he was prejudice he was very rude so i left and i would prefer thats they does likes blacks ppls at all b4 i was next in line to be help he goin say aint no new arrival available how rude kind u be to a black person but u just checkin a Hispanic b4 me how rude and unsatisfied to a customer bcuz of they skin color i would suggest to blacks ppls not to go there bcuz i was denied service bcuz of my color again how rude

The lady and the guy that worked the desk greeted me with big friendly smiles every time I saw them. They engaged in cheerful conversation. I mistakenly left my card in the card reader and the guy at the desk called up to let me know. Talk about great service! Many folks would have kept it.
Being a clean freak I brought cleaning supplies, but my room was spotless, save for a little light dust. The beds were clean and very comfortable. I got the best sleep I've had in months!
Other than the fact that the hall faintly smelled of natural gas and mold everything was perfect. But then I have a super sensitive nose, I smell things other people don't.
I did buy two mini humidifiers to use in the room and will take an air purifier as well next time.
All in all the places is great, even the cleaning staff was polite and very on point with making sure I had towels and keeping my room clean and stocked. It was quiet and safe, with easy free parking. I will definitely be staying there again.
To all the great people there at sleep inn and suites in Athens, thank you very much! My stay was so great I was actually sad to leave.

Room 111 it’som the first floor and right beside the hotel laundry room there will be noise and morning traffic for sure

Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean ans quiet. Comfortable king size bed. I give them five stars all around.

The pool was closed again with no notice.

The outside of the hotel was dingy and needs pressure washing. The pool and gym were both closed during my stay with no explanation as to why. Staff and cleaning crew were great. Room felt clean and received turn down service one time.
