I was extremely pleased with this motel. I was nervous when we booked it but found it to be clean, quiet, and perfect for our needs. We were charged way more than the normal rate but it was OU’s Homecoming. While I expected the overly inflated price, it’s unfortunate that businesses take advantage of people. The beds were amazing and we slept well. I think that Frankenstein must have been in the room above us because it sounded like he was going to come through the ceiling. All in all, very pleased with our stay.

Room was clean and staff was friendly and efficient. We heard footsteps above us all night. All in all this was an acceptable stay and would have rated higher for a hotel of this type, but it cost more than a stay in a nice hotel in New York and for what it is, that is unacceptable. It is frustrating to be price gouged because of lack of options.

This is a new hotel but was built very cheap. No auto door open so if have a lot of luggage it is a pain. No elevator. You carry your baggage up the stairs. Towels are thin, and amenities are nonexistent. The breakfast is a joke. Coffee, and granola bars. That is it. No one is here. No guests. I paid $90.Not worth it. It is clean but for the money. No way.

Property in secluded area. Many people loitering in their cars upon arrival in the evening. Overall, property is fine just felt uneasy checking in.
