Highly recommend
Everything was exactly as it appears in the photos. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The location is great, close to all the main attractions but not too busy or crowded. Communication was excellent and very helpful. There is some traffic noise in the evening and from about 6am but nothing too major. The apartment is also close to a large supermarket which was very useful. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we’d highly recommend The Ark Residencies apartments.

Best ever stay in Athens
This is a fantastic rental property. We have stayed in many hotels and rental properties in Athens and this is the best. Great location for Athens sights, walkable to many eateries in Neos Kosmos. The property has everything you need and the communication from the management team is superb.

Pristine condition, good location with easy walking distance yet kind of tucked away, so quieter at night. Great for our family with two teens as everyone had a big bed and their own bathroom. Quick contact with the host anytime we needed/had a question.

Very nice property. They allowed me to checkout late but i had a small issue in the room. The sockets in the Bedroom were not working. Everything else was amazing.

The property was brand new and cozy. It’s near downtown, about 15 minutes walking distance to Plaka and Acropolis. Grocery is 4 minutes walk. The kitchen was small but functional for breakfast or simple meals. The washer helped a lot for our 2 week family trip.
