Room wasn’t ready at 3pm. Breakfast wasn’t up to a 5* hotel standard eg no fried, poached or scrambled eggs available

Missed potential, mostly bad hospitality
Publié le 17 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe neighborhood is calm, breakfast is good and the staff at the caffe are kind yet I cannot say the same thing for rest. Even if we had right for free upgrade and there were available rooms, they did not upgrade. The room is claimed to be 40m2 but I do not think it is more than 25 m2. The furtinures and chairs were full of stains. Also it is misleading that they advertise a basement floor room as loft room. One of us got sivk asked an extra half hour or one hour late checin, they even did not try to assist. We really tried to like as it has great potential but there are things feeling off spirit in addition to things I mentioned.

Penthouse odasının tasarımı cok guzeldi, otelınde oyle. Çalışanları çok yardım sever ve güler yüzlüydü. Kahvaltısı cok guzeldı. Oda olanakları gayet iyiydi. Sadece hergün oda temizliği olmaması kötüydü.

Reyna the receptionist was so helpful. Gerasimos the breakfast waiter/chef prepared delicious fresh breakfast.
