Un très bel hôtel, la piscine sur le toit est magnifique. Notre chambre était moins belle que sur la photo, aucune proposition pour nous surclasser. À ce demander si de réserver avec Expedia ne devient pas un désavantage puisque nous recevons toujours des chambres moins belles que les photos.

Our aim is to have all our guests satisfied the most and this is the reason that our Front Desk team offer free room upgrade whenever possible subjecting always to the availability of the hotel. Your reservation was originally made for the ‘Standard Room’ category and room assignment was materialized according to this detail. Though, we would greatly appreciate you inquiring about a room change while still at the property. Our Front Desk team would have been more than happy to offer an alternative solution on the spot.
