Très très bruyant.... 2X3 voies pile en dessous !
Publié le 29 oct. 2023 sur HotelsTout aurait été parfait si la chambre n'était pas aussi bruyante à cause de la route qui passe pile en dessous. Notre chambre était au premier étage, et extrêmement bruyante, si bien qu'un simple apéritif sur le balcon était vraiment désagréable. Quel dommage car pour tout le reste, c'est vraiment parfait, l'accueil, la chambre luxueuse mais il aurait vraiment fallu prévenir d'une telle nuisance sonore car à ce prix je n'aurais pas choisi cet endroit.

Exceptional property. Beautifully designed parking was easy. I really enjoyed spending time with the balcony taking the view. Mostly, our hosts made for a perfect stay. Will definitely rebook with urban suites

We checked in with ease-Joyce sent me a google map to a nice restaurant nearby and a supermarket. It’s too bad the tram stop was temporarily closed nearby but there was a bus stop right out front that took us downtown and Piraeus with buses every 10 minutes (roughly). The room was super modern and had an amazing view. We could not be happier!

Very safe, clean, modern suite. Right across the street from the beach club, Nālu restaurant which has good food. We loved the comfort of the unit. Had great communication with Joyce when we needed it. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice apartment - modern, clean and more than enough space for all of us (4 adults). The picture used for the main listing is a little deceptive - the hot tub is only for the penthouse suite. We did have a nice deck that had a view of the sea however. Dining options are walkable - but for us it was a little over a mile to go to a highly rated restaurant near the marina

Dear John,Thank you very much for your review and for takind the time to evaluate our property. Kindly note that in a lot of platforms like expedia a main photo of the whole lodging has to be displayed, thus it is only natural to choose one of our best rooms. However, before a guest decides to book their room it is clearly displayed on the room page, through the photos, the layout, decorations, bed arrangements etc. If the rooms with the external jacuzzi are not available on one's desired dates they do not appear as an option to book.

Urban Suites was our first stay for Greece trip. Use WhatsApp, because it made communication with the hotel super easy. Meropi sent a message days before our arrival ensuring we had all our forms and details needed for an easy check-in and they were super quick to respond to our questions. Check-in was simple and quick even for our very late arrival (a simple code). The location was excellent, we had the option to drive or take public transport. Athens center and the Riviera are just a short drive in either direction. We loved that and the beaches across the street. Our suite had everything we needed and the staff were quick to provide when we needed an iron and an ironing board. Our room felt modern with a towel dryer and filled with amenities such as a mini kitchen with all the utensils needed. Plus, dinner spots were a short 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.
The only thing that might be a negative for some would be the condition of our room. Some of the mirrors on the table were broken (just for aesthetics) and our room hot tub did leak from the drain. It’s likely an easy fix with the pipes needing a little cleaning. We also had a bathroom window that didn’t lock (it was broken). Additionally, the mention of the road noise could be a concern for some visitors - we however didn’t mind. Other than these things you will not be disappointed. The room we had appears what it appears in the pictures and the customer service was impeccable.

It is true that a member of our team is at your disposal at all times in order to make your stay, and your vacation overall, as smooth as possible. Kindly note that in the description on how to operate the hot tub it is stated that the tub should be emptied slowly and only by the designated knob. Any attempt to empty it faster by removing the cap on the bottom might lead to a bit of leak, thus it is insisted to only use the designated knob. It is unfortunate that during high season a few incidents might occur that, due to the heavy schedule, is not possible to be restored instantly. We have, however, noted all your remarks and proceeded with fixing them in due time. Once again, we wish to thank you for your effort and understanding.
