The property was nice and located in a great area with beautiful views. You can get to the beach and nice restaurants fairly easily.
They took off two stars for the following reasons:
- Staff told me I can park in front of the property despite the fact that there were residential parking restriction signs. I did so and received a parking ticket. I have to figure out how to pay even though I am no longer in Greece and the owner has not expressed an interest in helping to defray the costs.
- The property is located on a steep hill. We had to go up some steep stairs, then a cyclical metallic staircase, to get to the unit that we rented. This is very difficult if you have kids, large luggage, or an elderly person traveling with you.

Regarding parking it is clear that the property does not have a private parking space. Also, as in any other country, parking is prohibited where there is a special sign, "No Parking" and this must be respected or a parking ticket is issued. The staff always informs guests that they can park in any free space outside the property, on the street, where permitted. Sorry if there was a misunderstanding.Thanks once again for your time.

Perfect for 2 nights at the beach, 10 minutes walk away from a great beach and Lake Voulegmeni. Sofia was really helpful and we were greeted and shown around by her colleagues.

I did like that it was modern and clean.
Too many stairs. The bathtub should have a shower holder and curtain. Wet the floor every time.

One of our favorite places we’ve visited in Greece and the hosts were amazingly responsive. The location was perfect, walkable to everything and away from the bustle of of Athens.
