The ceiling above the bed had water damage and mold. The staff going up and down the hallway telling people it was time to go, the morning of checkout, I found to be rude.

The 2 main issues related to cleanliness that I advised the staff of were that I noted a cockroach in my bathroom on the day I left, plus there was the intermittent smell of urine or ammonia in the room itself. All evidence otherwise was a clean comfortable bed, good access to the area, decent breakfast options, and a very friendly knowledgeable staff that were sincerely apologetic for the things I pointed out.
