I wouldn't stay here again.
Difficult check in - even though I pre-paid with CC, they wanted to charge for liability but, difficulty taking this payment - took several days and front desk wasn't familiar with process. Waited in lobby over 1/2 hour while he tried to figure it out but, unsuccessful. Instructed to call back later - no one answered. Stopped by front desk several times with no luck. No drop off, so had to pay for parking to drop off my 93 year old mother. Had kitchen but no silver ware. Flood took out elevators and couldn't stay last night. Pickup also difficult.

Nice Building and Unit. Not for hotel stay.
Well. The area was great. The unit was beautiful. Here’s the bad thing. The stove was broken. The washer and dryer was broken. I couldn’t cook my thanksgiving meal the way I wanted to. When I tried to wash my clothes. That was an epic fail. I had to drive around with wet clothes in my trunk. The dryer didn’t do anything.

Great Stay!
This was a great location! It's an apartment building that rents out vacant apartments for shorter hotel like stays.
Our unit was on the 11th floor with an amazing view! The rooms were fully furnished just like a hotel and it was so clean!!
The staff was also super friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend this place! We'll definitely be back.

This is an apartment building where people live - no onsite maintenance or management. There were women for hire in front of the building. The "front desk" isn't a check-in; it's where packages are delivered and if you're lucky, someone will be there. He took my credit card for incidentals - of which there could be none because nothing in the room - and called it offsite to his "manager." This place is a total sham. I left and went to a legitimate hotel in the area.
