They don't accept online registration, i had to pay when I got there. Told me i had to call Expedia to get my money back

HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY!!!!
Publié le 2 mai 2021 sur HotelsThis was one of the rudest, unprofessional encounters I have ever experienced. When the rude cashier stated they have no opening, I told her I had a reservation. She then stated they weren't a ccepting 3party reservations and I had paid for it she stated I'd have to take up with hotels.com and I'd have to pay a $100 deposit IN CASH. I don't walk around with that kind of money so I had to walk away from a room I paid for..

The hotel Expedia booked me in, wasn’t taking no reservations, and I had to book another hotel, and it really messed up my daughter’s 21st birthday weekend, so I’ll not ever use Expedia again, to book none of my future trips, it was just a horrible experience, altogether....

They refused to give me a room after I had already paid for it through Hotels.com
