Réservé directement à l’hotel plustot quavec lapp

A notre arrivé (21h00) notre chambre n’était pas prête et ne pouvions pas avoir notre chambre RÉSERVÉ ET PAYÉ D’AVANCE… soit une chambre deluxe avec lit KING. Seul des chambres avec 2 lits queen étaient disponibles. Leurs excuses étaient qu’il y avait eue 300 checkouts cette journée là et que le personnel n’avaient pas eue le temps de nettoyer toutes les chambres… nous sommes arrivés quand même tard (21h00) et je ne comprends pas qu’ils ne se soient pas efforcés de préparé les chambres pré-payés…ils auraient pu faire quelques chose si nous n’avions pas réservé via Hotel.com mais plustot directement avec eux…. D’autant plus que l’hotel était pratiquement vide à notre arrivé…. De plus plusieurs restaurants sur le site du stone mountain étaient fermés les lundi … et le seul qui était ouvert dans l’hotel était fermé à compter de 14h00… nous n’avons donc pas peu diner le lundi… pour le prix que nous avons payé je trouve tout ca déplorable…. Je vous conseille de réservé directement avec l’hotel plustot qu’avec hotel.com … car oui le site est magnifique et le site du Stone Mountain vaut le détour.

Upon check-in staff was rude, told me they couldn’t see my reservations and told me to go wait in the lobby when it was already two hours past check in time. I was tired and looking forward to rest in the room, I waited one hour in the lobby and nobody came to get me so I ended up going to a different employee, which gave me a downgrade room, completely terrible staff and organization will never stay there again.
