Rude and unruly staff. Actually one unpleasent manager who was hellbent on being abnoxious and impolite.

Super nice and professional staff! Hotel needs some updating as far as decor. Interior has some rough edges and looks a bit run down.

Staff at check in were unaware of procedures in dealing with 3rd party vendors for booking hotel rooms and as a result I ended up having to swipe my card again even though I showed the clerk my receipt indicating the room had been paid for. VERY frustrating!
