The Hotel itself was nice. However, there were drug deals going on behind the hotel; noise from other rooms such as loud music and the staff did nothing. Smoking right outside our room and the AC was pulling the smoke smell into our room making it hard to breathe. There were cars pulling up all night, honking the horn and then leaving. You had to pay for ice and the pool had a film on it but they said we could use it as it was an indoor pool but that it wasn't heated. I don't think I will ever go back there and not sure I would stay in another Wyndham hotel. Holiday Inn Express for me.
Windows wouldn’t lock, staff was rude, checked in and let the lady know we were traveling with my service animals . They then asked me for her ID which anyone that owns a true service animals knows there isn’t an ID for the dog . I stayed at the Baymont in Orlando and it was so nice . The breakfast was great with many options this one was not great at all . I just feel like it shouldn’t have been as expensive

4 minutes from where I was working. And a great location for food.
Its a older hotel you get what you pay for. Room was clean. The alarm clock was blasting when ee walked in the room. The bed wasn't comfortable at all, in the middle of the bed was a dip in it. People outside in the back of the hotel loud and arguing. We didnt pay much we ended up leaving a few hours later and checked out
When I arrived at the property, there were homeless people around and I immediately felt uneasy. While checking in, the front desk clerk was not very friendly and then said my room number OUT LOUD as a male guest walked by. (I am a single, female traveler). Inside the room, it smelled like cigarette smoke even tho it was a no smoking room. The room was fine overall. The final straw was when a MASSIVE cockroach crawled out from behind the tv on the wall and then disappeared somewhere. At that point I gathered my belongings and left, driving back to Charlotte through the night after the dinner I was in town for was over. Terrible.
Room smelled terrible, non smoking room did not smell that way, burns in the furniture. Would never stay there. So disgusted went home instead of dealing with the smell. The attendant stated she would notify owner and see about a refund. As of today havent seen it.
This us a great Hotel to stay at The front desk clerk Fran was super kind checking me in also my room is great including WiFi and TV channels and also close to serveral places to eatalso maid service is super I recommend this hotel to everyone
I don't know if servicing the rooms every other day is industry standard or not, but the guess should be informed of that at check-in. The room I stayed in toilet backed up and was not taking care of until the next day. Very unsanitary. I was not offered another room.

Property included breakfast but the selection and display lacked freshness, inviting presentation, selection, etc (we ended up eating somewhere else).
The staff seemed less than willing to help when ever we requested help (extra pillows help with key card etc)
Wyndham will most likely not be in our top five choices next time we need a place to stay.

Property was comfortable, free snacks fro breakfast and the staff was super friendly. The down side was that our room had a bad cigarette smell and our bedsheets had even burnt holes on them. We call for housekeeping the next day of staying and they told us they offer the service the 3rd day of staying there. We stayed 3 days/2 nights.
Hotel smelled like skunk on the hallways, room smelled musty. Only given three towels for 4 people and front desk questioned it. When needing new towels was told by front desk to take dirty towels to housekeeping and they would exchange. Beds very uncomfortable- spring poking husband in the back. Breakfast was extremely limited and very haphazard. Husband pulled out moldy bread. Needs a major update of rooms and bathrooms. Very small rooms.
