The front desk worker .. Laura was so unprofessional. She was very dismissive about accommodating us with a handicap room. There was no elevator in the hotel at all. The room smelled like food. The micro was filthy. Laura insist that we would have to wait for housekeeping the next day. Although she had time to go outside and smoke a cigarette several times. The manager ended up coming to clean the microwave after housekeeping, missed it again. The best part of this stay was Brenda who works in the dining area. She was so pleasant and made us feel like family while we was there. The air was not cooling either in our room.

Double check ur reservation b4 you go

The receptionists was really rude and short towards me when I came in to check in. I had checked in at 2am and the doors were locked and she seemed to be upset that I appeared at the door to check in. Upon walking in, she went around the desk and just stood there looking at me. I told her that I had reservation and gave my name, she immediately said "no, you dont." Without looking on the computer. I gave her my id and pulled up my reservation on Hotels.com and showed her my confirmation on the app. She looked at the computer and said again "nope, nothing here with your name." I asked her to give me a second so I can Hotels.com customer service and find out what's going on because We paid it in full. She immediately said oh there you are. Not sure if its a scam but beware. Also took forever for the tv to come on and when it did horrible blurry pictures and can barely hear it or see it. Worthless tvs. Other than that room was an excellent size for 2 boys as tall as 6'3 and my husband and I. Beds were very comfortable and the doors were perfectly section off outside so you dont have to walk a long hallway to get to your room. Great area as well. The receptionists as well as the tv are the only 2 negative experience I had with this place.

One night stop

We made a one night stop here on our way to Arkansas. It was an OK stay nothing elaborate. The room was spacious the bathroom worked well. We did see some stains on the cover sheets. The pillows were not very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The lady who was making the breakfast made it in small batches so it was very fresh.
