I went to this property for Valentine Day and the service and room was terrible. When we arrived, there was feces in the toilet, we flushed it. However, there was still debris in the toilet when we flushed it. Why would I want to use a toilet that has residue from another person bodily fluid! The water would not get hot and the towels had stains on them. I requested a refund because I didn’t feel like taking a cold shower, using a toilet that had feces pieces floating around the toilet and using towels that wasn’t washed correctly. The receptionist told me he could not provide a refund because my room was already paid for, that’s why it’s called a refund, you’re giving me my money back for something I already paid for. Stay away from this place, there’s better hotels in the area.

I stayed at the Best Western Atlanta Cumberland/Galleria Hotel for three days, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. My room had no hot water for two out of the three days, making basic hygiene a struggle. When I brought this up to the front desk, the reception staff was beyond rude and completely indifferent to the issue—zero concern for guest satisfaction. The room itself was another nightmare: dated furnishings, dirty surfaces, and visible signs of mold. It felt like I was staying in a neglected property. I’m a frequent Marriott guest and thought I’d try something different for this trip. Big mistake—I’ll never stray from Marriott again! Avoid this place if you value your comfort and cleanliness.

Not my style of living. The room are dirty, everything from the carpet to the weird plaster ceiling. I don't recommend staying here. It is very cheap and run down.

WIFI IS HORRIBLE
The WiFi is HORRIBLE. the door at the bottom of the property is broken n always open. The lady at breakfast watches you like a hawk. Did I mention the WiFi is horrible. Better have hotspot or something.

I book a room for this property for NYE and it appeared to be unclean. The bathroom in particular looked like it had not been cleaned properly. The bathroom mirrors had white stains, the toilet appeared dirty as well. We were given the tiniest shampoo for a room of 3 occupants. There were only 2 towels. We requested to be moved to a different room but we could not due to it being all booked. 6/10

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel , this time I woke up to a dead roach in my bed sheets. Housekeeping was outside my door and I informed them of the issue and she changed the sheets but ignored any conversation I had about it. I also texted customer service back to let them know and nobody ever responded.
