Personnel sympathique, petit-déj assez varié bien que de qualité moyenne.

The area is excellent but Parking is outrageous

En el desayuno no ponian toda la comida, los empleados no quieren atender las necesidades de los cleintes, tinenen mala actitud, por ejemplo facilitar sabanas para el sofa cama no nos los querian facilitar indicaban que no habian y tuvimos que reclamar y asi las facilitaron, nunca nos preguntaron si queriamos que asearan nuestar ahbitacion, estubimos 3 noches en el hotel sin aseo, no funcionaba el telefono de la habitacion, de lo peor que en atencion al cliente

Room was very dirty. My blanket was all torn and they replaced it with throw blanket. Breakfast food quality was terrible and had limited choices.
Internet was big issue. 4 nights there was no room services provided.
Will NOT go again.

Rooms are dated and a bit smelly in the hallways. But other than that we felt comfortable and the staff were all pleasant and helpful.

Well at least they do a good job with the pictures, bed was a brick of concrete, couch was tearing apart. The toilet seat was filthy , room smelled like cigarettes and ass, this was a terrible place to spend my vacation. The location is probably the best thing about this hotel.
