Staff was friendly but seemed to be short of staff. Tried several times to get towels. Not enough provided in room. None in the pool room. Pool was very cold. Staff very polite when reachable. Door key had to be repogrammed several times in 2 night stay. Clean room and facility. Would stay again if in the area.

We checked into our room later in the evening, the lobby was very dark and dingy. Smelled musty and needs a major update. Most of the lobby lights were off including the TV's in the common area. Not very welcome or comfort feeling at all. The pool was gross, you couldn't see the bottom step in the pool and it had a green tint to it. The ice machine was filthy and busted up so we didn't use it. Upon getting to our room the AC barely worked and it smelled musty and like old cigarettes. The walls were disgusting, the curtains had tears in them. We also observed another couple, upon our check in, requesting another room due to AC issues and the smell. In the middle of the night, about 3am, our AC stopped working completely. Our family woke up sweating our butts off. Moving our family and belongings in the middle of the night didn't seem logical so we toughed it out for a few more hours and showered and checked out. Upon checkout we brought all of our issues to the desk clerk, who informed us because we booked through Expedia that we needed to contact them to resolve the issue but assured us she would help resolve the issue. While on the road we contacted expedia, who then contacted the property, which then the lady at the front desk said she wouldn't refund our stay but offered a free stay during a weekday. As if we would want to stay here ever again. Don't waste your money, for over a hundred dollars you can stay at a much nicer hotel.

So many things wrong with this hotel we stayed for almost a week. Breakfast was ridiculous. Bagels are the first day were hard then they were no more bagels for the rest of the week. Scrambled eggs and sausage on the first day and then eggs never again on the menu. They ran out of plates. The swimming pool was accessible on the first day and then never again. The toilet in our room wind upon flushing. There was a light above the sink that flashed. The walls were filthy and had toothpaste over in the bathroom. The communal trash can to the great area stinky, rancid, and filthy. We ask to use the tables in the great area and were met with comments like this is really for breakfast. Although they did begrudgingly let us use those tables. We go to Georgia every year or two. We will never stay at this hotel again!
