Publié le 2 août 2024 sur Hotelsarrived and everyone seemed annoyed that we were there. when we got to our room the door wouldnt open. i had to push with all my body weight to get the door to open after the lock was undone. once inside, it smelled musty. when we went to get cleaned up after a long day of travel, there were no towels in the bathroom and not even a shower curtain. When i went to talk to the hotel staff they said, "i knew i was going to have a hard day with housekeeping". someone from housekeeping came up and brought us towels and said "i hope they are dry" and dropped them on the counter. she came with a shower curtain too but we let them know that we were just going to leave so dont bother but she insisted on installing it. she was very pushy and wouldnt just leave us be.

We reserved a room with 2 queen beds prepaid, checked in and it was a king. Then, 2:30 am someone with a key card opened the door and was opening doors on the hallway.

Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HotelsI had booked 2 queen bedrooms and when we got to place all the had was a king and told me queen so we took those went to the queen room and keys would not work. someone came to door room was already booked. Went back down they gave us another room but only had King so took it the pull out bed did not have a mattress topper. Plus room had food and whatever else behind bed. went to go tell them they tried to give us another room and it also had someone staying in it so we just got topper out of the first room my older kids were staying in and moved the topper to our room. Also behind curtain was a chip and dead roach. Also breakfast use to be great here. No one was refilling anything and it was dirty behind counters. This place has really went down since our last visit a year ago. Will not be back

The room had a bad smell, carpets were extremely stained, stairwells were full of bugs (dead and alive). I even found a bug in my dogs water dish in the morning. Gross…
It felt very unsafe, people staying in their cars in the parking lot- all night. Some idiots stole everything out of our cooler, found it the next morning open on our trailer hitch.

Comfortable one night stay
