5. AMENITY ACCESS FOB ($100 fee if lost or taken)
6. EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT FEE IS $25/hr IF WE ARE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST (request must be made 24hrs in advance or sooner)
7. NO MAIL TO BE DELIVERED TO THE PROPERTY
8. CHECK IN IS ANYTIME AFTER 3PM - CHECK OUT 11AM
9. DO NOT REMOVE PILLOWS, TOWELS, LINENS, BLANKETS OR UTENSILS FROM THE PROPERTY
10. TRASH IS TO BE TIED OFF AND DISPOSED IN THE TRASH CAN OUTSIDE O THE FRONT DOOR. VALET COMES AND PICKS UP TRASH THURSDAY-SUNDAY. THERE IS ALSO SEVERAL LARGE DUMPSTER ON THE BACKSIDE OF BUILDING.
