Le service est bien et les employés sont aimables et serviables par contre j’ai remarqué que le nettoyage des chambres se faisait en surface il y a de grosses boules de poussière derrière les meubles et le l’évier était bouché j’ai signalé mais jusqu’à notre départ rien n’a été fait. Sinon c’e Un hôtel bien situé et sécurisé.

Overcharged me by $600. Also had roaches and dirty rags in the bathroom. Rude customer service. And the AC didn't work. DO NOT STAY HERE

A 1 night quick stay kind of place
Publié le 3 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe beds were not very comfortable, but I did like that inside our room it smelled so much better than the hallways. The keys were disabling everyday, so every time we would return to the hotel we had to walk through the front even though there was a super convenient side entrance right by my room, and we would have to get the key re-programmed. Other than that, the restroom was spacious, and clean. The breakfast was ok, the dryers available for guests (at a price) did not work, we dried our clothes 3 times and still had to hang up our clothes around the room for it to dry. The location was convenient, felt safe at all times.

Das Hotel hat schon bessere Tage gesehen.
Zimmer waren sauber.
Das Personal sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und guten Humor. Viel gelacht.
Frühstück war gut. Kein Standard.
