Publié le 24 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayWhile the outside of this condo property is definitely a bit outdated and leaves a little to be desired, the inside of this condo is so cute and perfectly decorated. There are a few interior things that are in need of repair but other than that, the inside is absolutely lovely. The welcome basket with wine, snacks and earplugs was such a nice touch and very much appreciated. So clean and so neat! And size wise, perfect for my husband to work remotely in the living room while I was able to catch up on some much-needed rest in the spacious king bedroom. We would definitely bring our kids next time as there is plenty of room for them and games included that they would love. Location wise it was perfect for our out of town visit needs. Check in and communication were easy peasy!

Quick weekend trip
Publié le 27 août 2023 sur HomeAwayUnfortunately we did not stay but 1 of the 3 nights due to issues/cleanliness of the property. I contacted the property manager after we decided to leave just staying one night and there was no type of compensation for us not being able to stay due to the condition of the property. It has potential so hopefully they will put in more time to improve it, but at this time I can’t recommend it.

Firstly, we apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the duration of your stay. We were unaware that you only stayed for one night out of the three booked, and we would have been more than willing to assist with any issues or concerns had we been made aware during your stay. In most cases, a guest who checks in to an unclean property with multiple issues, would immediately contact the host. In this case, we were not contacted.
Regarding the cleanliness and other issues you mentioned, it's essential for us to receive specific details and photos to address and rectify any issues promptly. We requested photo evidence to better understand the problems you encountered, but we have yet to receive any. You also were not specific to the issues that were in the home nor the unclean areas. This makes it challenging for us to identify and resolve the issues effectively.
We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests, and we take such matters seriously. Please reach out to us with the information requested so that we can deter these issues from happening with our future guests.
