I chose this hotel due to location and amenities turned out. The amenities fell, and the location was pointless because I had to Uber for the lack of amenities bar restaurant coffee shop, and customer service at front desk needs more training and customer service. I would like to follow up email.

The property needs an upgrade. The rooms are dirty and smells all the carpet need replace and in the dinner area all the chairs look like someone pee in them. And I never been to a hotel that you have to pay to have a microwave and refrigerator in your room .. I will never return there. I was scared to walk on the carpet .

The first room we were placed in was filthy. There were white stains on the couch, yellowing stains on the bed. We immediately went down to change the room as we felt it unsanitary. We were moved to have the same issue but now bigger stains on the couch and the pillows not even aligned on the furniture correctly. We sat there for a sec to see if we should stay. We tried to open the balcony (which is what we paid more for) just for a plaque to be on the glass doors stating * To ensure the safety and security of our guests, access to the balcony has been restricted.* when we checked in there was no mention of this nor any pre-arrival notification. And to top it off, we’ve requested a refund and still haven’t received it. You you just need somewhere to sleep for the night maybe but if you were planning a special occasion such as myself, please avoid here.

Almost all the chairs in the breakfast room were stained. Not one or two but almost all; and it looked as if no effort had been made to wash/clean them. There was no minifridge in the room, nor was there a microwave. Parking, whether by valet or by self was expensive. I had to park at an open air venue 2 locks away for $30 overnight as as opposed to $50 at the hotel. The staff, however, was very friendly and helpful and the space itself was clean.

New beds needed asap.
The bed was horrible. It had a dent in the middle and a loud squeak when I sat down like it was going to fall apart. The hotel needs to be remodeled. Very old.
