Amazing view - walking distance from so much!
Publié le 5 janv. 2025 sur HomeAwayWe had a great stay in Atlanta. The few from the apartment was great. Glad we had a designated parking spot. Walked to Falcons game, Coke Museum, Aquarium, Civil RIghts Museum etc. Highly recommend this apartment.

Don't look any further for your Atlanta stay!

The penthouse was perfect and we loved the screened in patio with a view of downtown Atlanta. Free parking was a huge plus and the location was great for downtown activities. Desiree was quick to respond to any questions and we will definitely be back! Thank you!!!!

Great communication

I had a couple questions prior to booking and she was very quick to respond. The apartment was really nice for a long weekend with my husband and myself. The bed was super comfy. The towels felt new and fluffy. Instructions were clear and understandable.

Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayClean, quiet condo with parking spot. Walked a mile or less to Publix grocery, Mercedes Benz stadium, Olympic Park, World of Coca Cola, shops and multiple good restaurants! We did not use Marta or buses but saw the stops near by.

Comfortable Stay
Publié le 17 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe homelessness situation in Atlanta is extremely sad. Neighborhood is filled with displaced people, which was uncomfortable and a bit stress inducing. Location was good and condo had nice upgrades in kitchen and bathroom. Building is secure, just keep your head on swivel entering and exiting.

Like a luxury hotel with the comforts of home!
Publié le 7 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were so happy with our stay in Atlanta! The condo is only ~20 minutes from the Atlanta airport. The building is very secure with a manned front desk 24/7 & key fob entry for residents; very quiet & the staff is very polite & friendly. The unit is on the top floor with a nice view of downtown Atlanta from an enclosed patio; was very clean & quite spacious. The kitchen has full size appliances & a microwave; fully stocked with dishes/utensils & even some condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, etc); a Keurig coffee machine w/several complimentary K-cups; dishwasher; dish soap & sponges. Ample towels & hotel size shampoo/conditioner/lotions were provided. The King size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable & the A/C worked well for our stay in May. There is a big TV in the living room with 2 huge comfortable couches & a smaller TV in the bedroom.
The unit also has a dedicated parking space in the open lot next to the building. There is an key-fob entrance to the condo right by the parking lot.
The condo is conveniently located within walking distance (~3-4 blocks) from the World of Coca Cola, Georgia Aquarium & Olympic Park. There is a CVS & several restaurants on the blocks nearby.
Desiree was an outstanding host! She contacted us immediately after booking with some preliminary info; then provided more detailed info the day prior about the unit, check-in/check-out, parking & condo rules. She quickly responded to any questions. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
