This was a very nice and comfortable stay, and I give the staff and facility a 5 star rating. The room and hotel property as a whole was very clean, the beds were soft & cozy, and the breakfast bar was excellent!! 👍👍 We will stay here again!!

Did NOT get the room I bokoed!
I booked a king bed room with a tub and got a room with 2 doubles (or maybe queens) and a shower. The bare minimum of my expectations is to get the room I thought I was getting/paying for. Highly disappointed with that because if it was me and my husband and we NEEDED the king sized bed and didn't get it, then what?! Or if I booked a 2 bed room because I was not going to sleep in the same bed as the person staying with me and got one king bed, then what?! It was just me traveling so I could be flexible, but even at check in they didn't tell me, hey, I see you booked a king room but will 2 beds be ok?
