Room was mostly clean but some items, like the phone, were absolutely disgusting. If you're not going to clean them, remove them from the room. Gross. Made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the room.

The property is showing age. It was clean however. There was a lot of road construction near the entrance, but there was nothing the property could do about that.

A/c was loud and squeaky, found baby roaches in the bathroom at night, only came to clean my room 1 time in 4 days.

Air conditioning didn’t work. Alerted staff and nothing was done. All the soap dispensers were empty, also alerted staff and nothing was done. Sheets were dirty. Hotel is outdated. They ran out of clean towels. The people outside were loud and nosy.

Pros: The property was easy to access off of 285. The Customer Service was good. The dining was limited but I order the burger that was good. Cons: A few bed bugs was encountered Had to replace the sheets Duplicate added hotel taxes on final checkout
