Check in was supposed to be at 3pm but we weren't allowed to check in until 4:24pm. Pool was shut down. Was also charged $15 for parking which is a little ridiculous since it's not even secured and gated parking. Would not recommended unless absolutely necessary.

The staff was absolutely amazing! All employees went out of their way to make you feel welcome & accomodated reasonable requests. They were all very warm & made you feel at home.

Fair hotel with poor heating and air.
Publié le 26 juill. 2024 sur HotelsI have stayed at this hotel many times. My problem is not just this hotel but many of them doing this new thing with the heating and air. This hotel was the worst one. I have always given them the best scores until now. The thermostat is set to 68 bung the coolest. I know they need to save money and some people may let the AC run very low but some people like it cooler at night to sleep At least do a 62-76 range and not just a 68-73 range for heat and air. I would rather pay $10 per night and be comfortable with the temperature in the room. Again, all hotels are doing this but this was too restrictive.
