Great Hotel
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HotelsGreat place to stay! The staff were very friendly the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were very clean and up to date. Nice area and easily accessible to Atlanta, Lawrenceville and Gainesville. I was there 4 nights for business and not one complaint. I will definitely stay here again.

Customer service was trash!
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsHad a very disappointing stay, came back ready to relax after a late dinner for my birthday to be evaluated from the hotel due to an emergency. Which was water everywhere in our room as well other guest.Understandable, but more should have been done to accommodate the inconvenience of having to go find another hotel, because I booked my to through hotels.com, that's more than likely my last time using this thrid party crap. And have to go through all of these hoops to get a refund for the stay that we had already payed for. Very disappointed in this application and the hotel management. Won't be doing business with either any longer!
